You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BPM-Player free of charge. 2. Restrictions. You may not redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the software, or make it available to third parties, in whole or in part, without prior written permission -- except as permitted by the third-party licenses referenced in Section 3 or by mandatory law (e.g. §§ 69d, 69e UrhG). 3. Third-party components. The software contains open-source components which remain under their own licenses; see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. 4. No warranty; limitation of liability. The software is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranty of any kind. As the software is provided gratuitously, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence (cf. §§ 521, 524 BGB analogously). This does not limit liability for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Keep backups of your audio files; the author is not liable for loss of data. 5. Updates. The software may automatically check for, download and install updates. Updates are covered by this EULA. 6. Termination. The license ends automatically if you breach its terms. 7. Governing law: law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
